Sharrway Sophisticated Lady is a coming yearling Modern Pleasure Filly.  She is already a Congress Winner, as evidenced by her Reserve Champion win in the Futurity Class of 2010 Mares of Current year Modern Pleasure Division.

Sophie as she is affectionately called here on the farm, is a joy to work with, she is quick to learn, and easy to get along with.  She would make a perfect starter pony for an Amateur or Youth with her marvelous disposition, and great ground manners.  Sophy's dam Michigan's Dancing Spirit (see her on our mare page) comes from a long line of winning ponies from Tom Taylor. Her only two offspring have also been Congress Winners, the filly Sharrway Wine with Everything, and this years filly Sophisticated Lady.

Sophie should also be a wonderful little driving mare when old enough, as the paternal side of pedigree is Dun Haven Grand Performance...twice...driving should be in her blood!

Spice Wins the 2011 Modern Roadster Futurity - Under with Robby Barth at the 2011 Shetland Congress.

"Spice" is a 3 year old, who has been shown sparingly, gearing her to the 3 year old Roadster Futurity class. She was also shown at halter, and has HOF points in both Halter and Roadster.

Lena has produced exceptionally well for us here at Sharrway Farm. We purchased her at the same time we purchased Aviator MGS, Pandora MGS, and Adjoining Acres B.J. from Sandy McGowan. Lena's daughter, Pandora MGS sired by B & L's Rock E Pilot Lite, has her Hall of Fame in halter, is a multiple Champion Under halter mare, and has been trained to drive, being shown in Under Classic Country Pleasure Driving. Pandy will continue her show career before being put into the broodmare band. Lena's other foal for us by Hidden Image FMF is also a multiple Stakes Champion in Pleasure Driving and Roadster. Sharrway Hidden Destiny, is fulfilling his name. Destined for bigger and better things. He is owned by High Kick Miniatures and Shetlands.
